The Ortin is made by H2O Tackle and is one of the most versatile walk-the-dog top water baits that you will find. The bait is solid plastic with through wire construction. It is 8″ long and 3.7 ounces. There is a weight insert on the top and bottom of the bait. By adding a small amount of weight on the top, the bait will almost lay on its side and maintain the walk-the-dog action. Add weight to the bottom and the bait will ride lower in the water. Replace the middle hook with a blade to convert the bait to a flaptail bait.
